BugFix: Hosted Exchange is no also working.

BugFix: works with CommuniGate.

BugFix: Unsynchronized data if you change object directly after they come into the synchronized Outook.

- BugFix: It was not every time possible to tick checkbox "synchronize meetingrequests"
