Bugfix: Toolbox was removed after OL was restarted.
Bugfix: If there was a change to some items, only the last was synchronized.

- improved errorlogging
- manual sync possible (if you activate the trayicon from registry)
- it's now possible to filter out meetingrequests and taskrequests.

What was changed in this Version:

-Bugfix: Sometimes Mails was created but not sent.
-Bugfix: Connection to Exchange is totally changed.

-Better performance, most significant changes in the Exchange part.
-OLFolderSync does now nothing as long as Outlook is offline with Exchange.

-Desktop-notification for changes, which can be switched off on Extended Settings.

-BugFix: For some peoples the basic-synchronisation was not stopped. The AddIn has shown a dialog for some seconds, which was searching items in the shared folders.

the big news are: OLMixedFolders is now able to synchronize two ways from subfolder to default-folder and back.
