What was changed in this Version:

-Bugfix: Sometimes Mails was created but not sent.
-Bugfix: Connection to Exchange is totally changed.

-Better performance, most significant changes in the Exchange part.
-OLFolderSync does now nothing as long as Outlook is offline with Exchange.

-Desktop-notification for changes, which can be switched off on Extended Settings.

- BUG: Basicsync needet tooooo long
- BUG: replication of defaultfolder to linked folder was not really working
- Performance now a bit better.
- LEFT: If you remove hundrets of items per time Outlook (because of OLMixedFolders) freezes as long as the operation needs. (1-4 Minutes)

Bug fixed: IMAP folder as alternative inbox working.
Bug fixed: Items which are copied&pasted were not synchronized

-BugFix: For some peoples the basic-synchronisation was not stopped. The AddIn has shown a dialog for some seconds, which was searching items in the shared folders.

the big news are: OLMixedFolders is now able to synchronize two ways from subfolder to default-folder and back.
